For the new visualisation (WinCC) two new workstations were set up and integrated into the existing PLC-controls (Allen Bradley) and into the existing network.
As an extension of the previous cryptic user-interface, the clarity, operability and the options concerning the analysis of data and trends relating to the turbine output etc. has been markedly improved.
Additionally, the workstation can now be remote-controlled via the company’s intranet.

A hundert-percent prior simulation of the data points made it possible to reduce the commissioning time and the changing of the visualisation system respectively, including all tests, to the absolute minimum.
HIT successfully completed this project. A clear user interface was designed for the operators and a good system and software structure was created for the service team. From the very beginning, the system proved its reliability. These features have increased the failsafe performance and the productivity of the system.
